Refund Policy for Services

If you cancel a scheduled service at least 48 hours before the appointment, we will process a refund within 14 days of your cancellation. You may also postpone your service to a different date at no extra fee if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For bespoke installations—such as integrating an intelligent air conditioning system custom tuned to your premises—no refunds are available due to the specialized nature of the work and immediate resource allocation. However, you retain the option to reschedule up to 48 hours before your original date.

Refund Policy for Information Products

All digital content is made available for immediate access upon purchase. Because of instant delivery and ease of duplication, refunds are only granted if the content is defective or fails to download properly. In such cases, notify us within 7 days of purchase and we will provide either a corrected file or a full refund.

Our physical products are manufactured and shipped to your address.

Refund Policy for Goods

You may send items back within 30 days of delivery in the original packaging and unused condition. Simply contact us to obtain a shipping authorization. Once we receive the items, we will issue a refund within 14 days. The cost of sending items back is covered by you, except when the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, in which case we will cover the shipping.
